Web Strategy "Power Session" $150

We've been helping businesses succeed online for over ten years.

Whether you're putting your business online for the first time, or have an established website, let's get your site on track with a "power session," where we'll:

• Send you a Web survey to complete
• Visit and evaluate your site prior to the meeting
• Schedule a one hour phone meeting where you'll get feedback on our analysis, and can ask any questions you want about Web strategy and development.

Web Strategy "In Depth" $500-1,000

We help business owners, managers, and decision makers like you, who want to maximize their Web site's return on investment. Whether your organization is just starting to go online, or if you want a review of the effectiveness of your existing site and get recommendations for enhancements, we can help.

Web Design and Development

Site Templates: $1.5-3k

• Design information architecture / navigation tree
• Design home page and internal page template using XHTML/CSS
• Provide template files that can be used by other developers to build the site
  

Basic Web Site: $2k-4k

• Beautifully designed "brochure" site that presents your business and information your customers need on-line.
• Web design
• Up to 7 information pages
• Contact form

Dynamic business site: $3k-7k

• Beautifully designed professional presence with dynamic information areas that you can change at a moment's notice.
• 10 to 20 pages
• Dynamic content management for areas such as news, events calendar, employment opportunities, etc.

E-Commerce site: $3-7k

• Unlimited products
• Custom design of e-commerce page templates
• Professional quality e-commerce program
• Installation and testing of supported gateways
• Multi-lingual capability available for additional charge

Graphic Design

Basic corporate identity: $1-2k
Business collateral package: $1-2k
Based on your logo and other identity parameters, we'll design your business card, letterhead, envelope, etc.

Personal Consultation

For each project we consult in person, by email or phone with the client and based on the information from that consultation we prepare a quote. Pricing depends on the following:

• If the client supplies the copy or if we will supply copy writing services
• If the client supplies the artwork or if we will search for stock photos, arrange a photo session or obtain custom illustration
• If the client has identified the target audience
• For print, if we will be obtaining print quotes and acting as liaison with the chosen printer, including print supervision

Changing Existing Work / Web Site Maintenance

Modifications to original design concepts and maintenance are billed at our regular hourly rate of $75 in 30 minute increments, with a 30 minute minimum per change request. For reference, page editing typically requires 1/2 hour and new page creation is a minimum of 1 hour.

Maintenance Retainer Accounts - Predictable Expense and Money Saving

Retainer accounts allow you to pre-pay a for bulk hours per month and save with discounted rates. This gives you a guaranteed number of hours per month as a priority client. And you can plan on a particular amount per month for general maintenance, a great plus for any business looking to keep costs predictable.

Plans available for 6 month and 12 month terms

• 5 hours per month with a fixed rate of $65 per hour (13% savings)
• 10 hours per month with a fixed rate of $55 per hour (27% savings)
• 20 or more hours per month with a fixed rate of $45 per hour (40% savings)

Unused hours are not "carried over" or credited. Additional hours are billed at the retainer rate. After the retained hours are used up, your project would be scheduled in as time allows.

We also offer complete site strategy and management retainer plans. Please inquire for rates on these plans.

How Quickly Can My Project Be Completed?

New Projects

The project time line is determined when the quote is supplied. For new web site development, a 6-8 week turnaround time is standard. Projects may be able to be rushed depending on our current project load, and rush rates would apply.

Changes to Existing Work / Web Site Maintenance

Simple modifications to previous design work or maintenance of web site generally require 3-4 business day lead time, depending on the type of request. If quicker turnaround is required, the following rush rates will apply.

• 3 day guaranteed: 25%
• 2 day: 50%
• Next day (if possible): 100%
• Same day (if possible): 200%
• After hours (after 5pm Eastern Time or weekends): 50%

Complete Redesigns

Complete redesigns would be quoted similar to a new project.
